eTensifier: electric pump system
plug and play, simply plugs into a wall outlet – no need for an air compressor
The “plug and play” eTensifier simply plugs into a wall outlet with no need for an air compressor. With eTensifier the noise levels decrease, if compared to pneumatic motors. Depending on the application (hydraulic tests, tool holding, tensioning and R&D) it can be used both in manual and automatic mode.
The portable, lightweight (only 46 lbs) eTensifier will deliver hydraulic/liquid pressures to 36.500 psi (2515 bar) with a smoother flow rate from zero to full pressure and a quiet electric motor.
eTensifier features a new quick-connect system for exchanging pump lowers to facilitate routine maintenance without taking the whole pump out of commission.
Benefits:
- Cheaper
- Resettable cycle counter
- no need for an air compressor
- stall pressure maintained
- Smoother flow rate from zero to full pressure
- Plug & Play
- Quick change pump lowers
- Lightweight and portable
- Test pressure repeatability
- Quieter than pneumatic motors
Applications:
- Hydraulic tests
- Tool holding
- Tensioning
- R&D
